TÜT Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  2. Order Verification:

    • We may contact you for verification or additional information before processing your order to ensure the security and accuracy of the transaction.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  1. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  2. Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
    • International Shipping: 4-6 business days

    Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include order processing time.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier is selected based on the best available option for your delivery address.

International Shipping

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • TÜT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  2. Shipping Time:

    • International shipping times vary and may be subject to delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

  1. Tracking Information:

    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
  2. Tracking Delays:

    • Tracking information may not be available immediately and can take up to 48 hours to update after shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. Restricted Areas:

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
  2. Hazardous Materials:

    • Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain areas due to hazardous materials regulations. If this affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  1. Lost Packages:

    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at tutapparell@gmail.com,  We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
  2. Damaged Packages:

    • If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at tutapparell@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
